Why I love 20 fit

Aside from the obvious of being perpetually time-poor and able to condense a work out into 20 minutes leaving no excuse for not exercising the benefits for me are beyond just getting back into exercising. 

I have never enjoyed working out at the gym, the machines intimidate me and I can never quite remember what machine is for what. I felt self-conscious about doing something wrong, was easily distracted, compared myself to other peoples level of fitness all of which resulted in me finding excuses not to work out. 

What I love is having a private spacious gym which is reserved for only 2 clients at a time. I have teamed with an accountability buddy so we train together with designated personal trainers who work on our personal fitness body shaping goals. 

In addition to a customised workout, I love that the equipment and training gear is all supplied so I don't have to worry about having the latest trends in gym wear, packing bags of after workout gear and the constant washing. 

The care and attention of nutritional guidance and support showed by the trainers has helped me manage cravings and slumps. 

I would have been happy just with the workout but there have been so many additional benefits beyond expectations. 

I have finally found a workout platform right for me and the results after only a few weeks are already visible. 

Who is 20FIT training for?

20FIT is for beginners or people looking to kick start their fitness again!

It's for anyone who wants to stay fit and look good, but simply doesn't have time to spend hours in the gym. 

Some of our clients are those who are recovering from injury and cannot physically lift weights but still want to do strength training. 

Also people who simply don't know where to start in a conventional gym or don't enjoy training that kind of environment.

Your Personal Trainers will customise your 20-Minute workout based on your specific goals and take all injuries into consideration.

The 20-Minute workout is low impact and can be done by almost anyone, its pure strength training without any pressure on joints or tendons.

How does 20FIT training work?

Normally, if you go to the gym, you’ll train one muscle group at a time and over the week you will spend hours to get a full-body workout. 

With 20FIT training you’ll train 90% of muscles simultaneously for the entire period of 20-Minutes! 

Whilst your muscles are Electronically Stimulated your Personal Trainers will guide you through static and dynamic movements to target different muscle groups. For example, bicep curl, lunge or squat. 

In 20-minutes you can burn up to 500 calories purely through contracting 90% of muscles 120 times during the workout!
